Ketra has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Western Illinois University. Her professional experience has primarily been in Human Resources and Finance. She was compelled to become part of this project as a result of numerous people in her life needing the kind of assistance that Parent Educator Partnership can offer. Ketra is driven to learn all that she can to best assist the team of people that make up this project. She is confident that her heart for helping others will greatly contribute to the success of this project!
