Jennifer Kania has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and is currently working on a Master of Arts in Teaching with Certification at Aurora University. Jennifer has worked as a Computer Programmer for the past 10 years at a large Financial Institution.

Jennifer has been experiencing the challenges of being a parent of a child with special needs since February of 2008 when her son was diagnosed with autism. Her desires to spend more time with her children as well as continuing to work with technology and assist others with special needs brought her to the Parent and Educator Partnership Project.
